One of the main objectives of the process is to inform the property owners, business owners, residents, local governments and those who use the road every day about the project.  Although there are no public meetings or hearings scheduled for this project, Orange County will update this website regularly to reflect the most current project information.  Orange County will distribute three newsletters to all property owners, elected and appointed officials and other interested parties during the design phase of the project.  Orange County staff will also be available to hold small group meetings with your organization to discuss the project.  The following links enable you to download and view the newsletters that have been mailed out to date.
